The next second, Odin felt an enormous surge of Nen pour out of the Wish-Granting Demon.
That Nen was unusual. It felt like something more fundamental, acting directly on the world itself.
He strained to perceive every detail of the Nen, probing the principles behind its creation and its properties.
The Nen churned in the air for three seconds, then dispersed.
"Your wishes have been granted," the Wish-Granting Demon said. "Goodbye."
The moment those words left its mouth, the Wish-Granting Demon withdrew into the bottle.
The bottle vanished from the table as though it had never existed.
Sitting on the edge of the bed, Ponzu blinked. "That's it? Which three wishes did it grant?"
Odin didn't answer immediately. He looked down at his Spell Book, which now held three new cards.
One was a Storage Bag with a capacity of one hundred cubic meters.

He took out the three cards and laid them on the table.
"Storage Bag, Chameleon Cat, Complete Card Nen Script Guide," he said.
Ponzu raised an eyebrow at the three cards. "Why do none of these seem particularly good?"
"Exactly." Odin leaned back in his chair. "That Wish-Granting Demon didn't choose randomly at all. It chose based on difficulty."
Ponzu froze for a moment before catching on. "You mean... it picked the three easiest ones?"
"Not quite." Odin picked up the sheet covered in wishes from the table and unfolded it. "But they were probably the easiest for it to grant without affecting the world too much."
He continued, "Whether it was a cubic meter of gold or ten quadrillion Jenny, it probably avoided wishes for money because it was worried I'd wreck Greed Island's economy."
