The open ground east of Elf City had become a forest.

The entire forest was made up of structures of varying sizes, scattered throughout.

Rope bridges stretched between the treehouses, and several Elf children raced across them as swiftly as monkeys.

A female Elf sat in a treehouse, carving something into a rigid board.

Sunlight filtered through the leaves onto her, making her silver hair gleam.

Morel stood atop the city wall, his pipe resting beside him.

"Several new districts in just half a year. If this keeps up, won't we end up with a free-for-all between the different races?"

Shoot stood beside him, holding a tablet that displayed a map of Elf City's districts.

The eastern district was labeled "Elf Homeland," the southern one "Orc Camp," and the western one "Dwarf Workshop."

"Thirty-seven cat-type Orcs arrived last week," Knuckle said. "Mr. Ging brought them back himself."

Morel nodded. "What did the chairman say?"

"The chairman wants to let things develop naturally. Vice Chairman Cheadle would rather mix them up when assigning places to live."

Morel laughed. "Then I guess that settles it."

They all knew that although Odin was easy to talk to, once he made a decision, it could sometimes be genuinely difficult to change his mind.

Take his recent decision to teach Nen Script, for example. He had even started teaching Nen Abilities.

Such a seemingly absurd approach had truly shocked most Hunters, and frightened them as well.

They feared that the Elves, Orcs, or Dwarves might undergo changes that made them far too powerful.

And clearly, their worries were not unfounded. Quite a few astonishing talents had emerged among these newcomers.

Some of them left many Hunters marveling in amazement.
