Seeing Odin still going, Ponzu gritted her teeth, stood up, and began practicing Ren again.
She made some progress this time, lasting 28 minutes and 12 seconds.
Odin, meanwhile, lasted 38 minutes.
Looking at the gap, Ponzu still thought it was nothing much. At least she was only a few dozen seconds behind.
Five minutes later.
Panting and having sworn she absolutely would not get up again that day, Ponzu stared blankly as Odin stood up again and began practicing Ren.
Seriously?
Even pushing yourself has its limits, right?
Don't you get tired?
Not wanting to move a muscle, Ponzu watched Odin last another 39 minutes, adding another minute to his time.
Lying on the floor, Ponzu asked Odin, "Won't you hurt yourself doing this?"
"Phew..." Odin let out a heavy breath. "No. I just recover faster. I'm not forcing myself to squeeze out my potential."
Feeling the state her own body was in, Ponzu couldn't help rolling her eyes.
Once again, she realized just how vast the gap between people could be.
Two rounds of Ren had left her so exhausted she questioned her life choices, yet she couldn't even improve her time by a minute.
And now, after resting for five minutes, Odin had started training again.
Phew...
Forget it. I'm not trying to catch up anymore. This will do.
Ignoring Odin, Ponzu recovered a little, went over to the sofa, and lay down to begin some less demanding Nen Ability practice.
Odin couldn't help chuckling at what she did.
Still, he didn't think there was anything wrong with her approach.
As far as he knew, a Nen user needed at least a month to increase the duration of their Ren by ten minutes.
In other words, thirty days of training only added ten minutes.
That worked out
