The Five Kage organized the Allied Shinobi Forces and assigned Meihui Uzumaki and others to protect the two jinchūriki on Turtle Island. Meanwhile, Obito recovered from his breakdown, and Black Zetsu informed Kabuto Yakushi that Obito had an army of a hundred thousand White Zetsu.

• The Five Great Shinobi Villages and the Land of Iron formed the Allied Shinobi Forces and arranged their troops into special units and four frontline divisions.
• The Kage decided to shelter the Nine-Tails and Eight-Tails jinchūriki on Turtle Island and sent Meihui Uzumaki, Kakashi Hatake, Might Guy, Yamato, Omoi, and Karui to protect them.
