What kind of wish was that?
Was that really all he wanted?
Hearing Cooler's words, the Grand Elder of Planet Namek could not help looking stunned.
It was nothing like the wishes he had imagined...
Immortality, for instance, or ruling the universe.
Come to think of it, what wish had Lord Frieza wanted to make back then?
When the Grand Elder remained silent long after he had stated his wish, Cooler assumed he was refusing and grew angry.
"You worthless fool! I've put my life on the line for Universe 7, fighting for its very survival, and now you can't even grant me this tiny wish? As far as I'm concerned, there's no reason to let Planet Namek remain..."
As he spoke in anger, waves of pressure surged around him, and the whole of Planet Namek began to tremble.
The terrifying sight, as though his words alone could reshape reality, carried an overwhelming sense of oppression.
Countless Namekians stared wide-eyed, horror filling their hearts.
"Then be destroyed!!!"
Cooler raised a hand toward the sky, and a brilliant golden energy sphere swelled in the wind.
The dreadful energy radiating from it was utterly terrifying.
"Ah, w-wait! We can grant that wish," the Grand Elder of Planet Namek hurriedly said, sweat rolling down his forehead.
"Oh, can you?" Cooler grinned. The enormous golden energy sphere in the sky dispersed, and the fierce winds around them abruptly stopped.
Everything returned to calm.
"All right, then gather the Dragon Balls and summon Shenron," Cooler said.
He had seen Whis summon Super Shenron, so he figured Planet Namek's Dragon Balls probably worked much the same way.
This Cooler was easy to read. The Grand Elder gave him a long look.
Not daring to entertain any other ideas, he obediently began doing as Cooler had instructed.
