The Fused Zamasu before them was a fusion warrior created when Goku Black and Zamasu fused using the Potara Earrings.
Because Zamasu was a Supreme Kai, and the two were essentially the same person, their fusion was flawless. Not only was there no risk of them separating, but they could also fight with perfect coordination and ease.
After fusing, Zamasu's battle power had increased exponentially, reaching truly terrifying heights.
Zamasu emerged from the thick smoke.
He now wore Potara Earrings on both ears and sported white Super Saiyan hair. If not for his Ki, someone might even have mistaken him for a form of Ultra Instinct.
His skin, meanwhile, retained his original color, an unsettling green.
The black battle suit with red trim fit him perfectly, complemented by his white combat boots.
After fusing, Zamasu's confidence had soared. He felt as though the entire universe was already in his grasp.
He spread his hands and declared arrogantly, his voice brimming with confidence, "Hahaha! Zamasu, the sole god of the entire universe, has been born!"

The two super warriors from the Multiverse grew solemn, sweat beading on their foreheads.

It was hardly unfamiliar to them.
Many years ago, they too had fused once using the Potara Earrings.
That had been during their battle against Majin Buu.
At the time, Majin Buu had absorbed numerous warriors, including Son Gohan, who had awakened his Mystic State, Piccolo, Son Goten, Trunks, and others. His power had bordered on invincible.
In that desperate battle, Goku and Vegeta had used the Potara Earrings to fuse into the super warrior Vegito, finally turning the tide.
Thus, they knew better than anyone just how powerful a fusion warrior could be.
"Hmph." Zamasu sneered and floated into the air.
