Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon, charged with terrifying lightning, tore through the air with a deafening roar and struck the golden great ape.
With a wet splat, the terrifying killing move pierced the golden great ape's chest, leaving a bloody hole a full two meters across.
The golden great ape froze.
Unsteady on its feet, it staggered two heavy steps backward, about to topple onto its back.
"Now!!" Son Wu spat out a mouthful of blood, then roared and thrust his Kamehameha forward with all his strength.
Son Goten and Pan also pushed their Ki to the limit. Their Ki Blasts swelled dramatically and surged toward the golden great ape.
The golden great ape could no longer hold itself upright and fell backward.
The three Ki Blasts passed through its body, engulfing it completely.
"Boom!!!"
The terrifying energy storm swept into the distance, carving a center part across the Earth before plunging into the vastness of space, where it finally exploded.
The explosion's light instantly enveloped the Earth. Everything turned blinding white, obscuring all sight, and only returned to normal several seconds later.
Son Wu and the other two dropped onto their backsides.
They panted hard, feeling utterly drained.
"Ha, haha..." Son Wu simply lay back on the ground and let out a string of dry laughs.
Piccolo walked over, a broad smile on his face as he looked at them. "Well done."
"Whew, that was close," Son Goten remarked, then took a few Senzu Beans from his pocket. "Here, Senzu Beans."
He handed the beans out to the others, then tipped his head back and swallowed one himself.
Once the Senzu Beans were down, everyone's health and energy were instantly restored to full.
Son Wu wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and sprang to his feet.
