Son Gohan returned from the dead, grew stronger with Trunks, defeated the Androids, and helped restore Earth while bringing Dende back as its Kami. After meeting Videl and fighting off an alien advance force, he learned from North Kai that Bojack was approaching Earth and was far stronger than the Androids.

• Son Gohan crawled from his grave, recovered memories of Android 18 killing him, and reached Capsule Corporation, where Trunks caught him as he collapsed.
• Son Gohan recovered and trained with Trunks in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, helping Trunks master Super Saiyan before they defeated Android 18 and Android 17.
• Son Gohan traveled to Planet Namek, used Porunga to restore his body and gain regeneration, and brought Dende to Earth to become its new Kami.
• Son Gohan and Trunks found Dr. Gero’s laboratory, reactivated the peaceful Android 16, and destroyed Cell’s embryo and Dr. Gero’s laboratory.

Son Gohan defeated Bojack, unlocked new power, and traveled with Trunks to Planet Yardrat to train while Earth’s defenders prepared for Majin Buu. In Other World, Janemba’s emergence restored the dead to physical bodies, sent Bojack’s crew toward Earth, and left Goku badly weakened.

Son Gohan defeated Janemba, reunited the living and dead, and restored Goku before traveling to the past to guide Trunks. After years of rebuilding, Son Gohan joined the fight against Babidi, where Cooler revealed himself and challenged Goku.

• Cooler overwhelmed Goku, but Son Gohan fought him through successive transformations and reached Super Saiyan 4 before killing him in space.
• Beerus arrived on Earth seeking the Super Saiyan God, and Goku transformed with the other Saiyans’ help before Beerus challenged Son Gohan.
• Son Gohan fought Beerus in Super Saiyan 4, then returned to Earth and asked Shenron to revive Babidi’s victims, restore Earth, and reinforce its core.
• Son Gohan trained with Piccolo in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, mastered Super Saiyan God, and combined god ki with Super Saiyan 4 to create Super Saiyan 4-Limit Breakthrough.
• Beerus brought Son Gohan, Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, and Piccolo to his planet for training, where Whis tested them and Son Gohan fought Beerus in Super Saiyan Blue and Super Saiyan 4-Limit Breakthrough.
• Champa and Vados arrived from Universe 6, and Champa challenged Beerus to a five-fighter tournament for the other universe’s Earth.
• Son Gohan fought Champa with Super Saiyan 4 infused with god ki, and their attacks tore open space and injured both fighters before Son Gohan shakily stood back up.
