Bai Ye took control of the Uchiha Clan and won back its former lands while challenging Konoha’s leadership. After Danzo tried to seize Shisui’s eye, Bai Ye rescued him and faced Hiruzen Sarutobi’s order to arrest them, setting his next plan in motion.

• Bai Ye became clan head, united the Uchiha factions, and awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan after Fugaku stepped down.
• Bai Ye confronted Hiruzen Sarutobi over the Uchiha’s losses and demanded their former land and assets back, then secured the clans’ agreement to return them.
• Bai Ye reorganized the Konoha Military Police Force, launched the Shinobi World Daily, and gained support among Konoha’s residents.
• Bai Ye negotiated with Hyuga Hiashi and the Ino-Shika-Cho families until the clans agreed to return the Uchiha’s former grounds.

Bai Ye exposed Danzo and Hiruzen Sarutobi, defeated them, and became the Fifth Hokage, then began reshaping Konoha’s alliances and planning to unify the Shinobi World. He left Konoha to bring Tsunade back and found her gambling in Tanzaku Town.

• Bai Ye exposed Danzo’s crimes and challenged Danzo, Hiruzen Sarutobi, Utatane Koharu, and Mitokado Homura to fight him.
• Bai Ye defeated Danzo and killed Utatane Koharu, Mitokado Homura, and Hiruzen Sarutobi in the Forest of Death.

Bai Ye brought Tsunade back to Konoha, took Naruto, Sasuke, and Neji as students, and set out to reshape Kirigakure by freeing Yagura and winning the village over. As his plans drew allies and enemies into motion, he prepared to confront the hidden Sharingan user controlling Yagura.

• Bai Ye intercepted Tsunade as she fled her gambling debt, overcame her hemophobia with genjutsu, and persuaded her to return to Konoha to lead its medical services.
• Bai Ye became Hokage and announced plans to develop Konoha, while Naruto asked him to be his student and Bai Ye formed a team with Naruto, Sasuke, and Neji.
• Bai Ye negotiated with the Nine-Tails to stop disrupting Naruto’s chakra, but Minato and Kushina appeared and revealed the truth about Naruto’s childhood before Bai Ye removed the seal.
• Bai Ye left for Kirigakure with Hiashi, Shisui, and Mei Terumi, while Jiraiya learned that the Great Toad Sage’s prophecy had changed and Obito planned to attack Bai Ye’s party.
• Bai Ye agreed to help Mei Terumi challenge Yagura and proposed trade and eventual vassalage, while Pakura survived a Mist Ninja ambush and joined Bai Ye after learning Sunagakure had betrayed her.

Bai Ye freed Yagura from Obito’s control, secured Kirigakure’s cooperation, and brought three children from its bloodline clans back to Konoha. As Konoha prepared to expand its influence, news of Yagura’s control spread and Rasa sent Pakura to investigate Rōran’s dragon vein.

• Obito tried to use Yagura to destroy Kirigakure, but Bai Ye confronted him, defeated the Mizukage’s forces with his Perfect Susanoo, and freed Yagura from Genjutsu.
• Yagura revealed that a masked Uchiha had controlled him, resigned as Fourth Mizukage, and accepted Kirigakure’s judgment while Mei Terumi began pursuing cooperation with Konoha.
• Bai Ye proposed a five-year recovery plan to Mei Terumi, then persuaded Pakura to return to Sunagakure and eventually overthrow Rasa.
• Bai Ye brought Hozuki Suigetsu, Yuki Haku, and Kimimaro Kaguya to Konoha, where he planned to train them and place them in Naruto and Sasuke’s year.
