Itachi's shuriken struck Sasuke's, altering their trajectories.
Seeing Itachi's composure, Sasuke was unsurprised. He activated his Three-Tomoe Sharingan, swiftly formed hand seals, and drew a sharp breath.
Watching Sasuke's movements, Itachi also activated his Sharingan and began forming hand seals.
