"How could Captain Shisui possibly let an enemy go? That guy must have been desperate to escape, and Captain Shisui was afraid we'd get hurt, so he let him leave! Am I right?" Sasuke asked Shisui again.
Shisui watched the two of them argue endlessly. Sasuke's words in particular made him feel that if he didn't say something now, Sasuke might infuriate him to death.
"Stop arguing. I let that enemy go deliberately. I wanted to find out who they really were and where they were hiding!" Shisui explained as he watched the two bicker.
Naruto and Sasuke wanted to say more after hearing that, but Shisui gave them no chance.
"Enough talking. Get moving!" Shisui added, cutting off everything Naruto and Sasuke had been about to say.
Hinata led Dazna along, watching the light bursting out in the distance. Her heart tightened with worry that something might happen to Naruto and the others.
Dazna was utterly dumbfounded. Had a person really caused that commotion? What sort of godlike figures had he hired with his measly payment?
If the people who had stayed behind were all that powerful, was this little girl incredibly powerful too?
Without realizing it, Dazna had become exceedingly humble. Thinking back on what he had said when he first met them, he wanted to slap himself a few times.
A few seconds after they saw the light, the ground beneath their feet began to shake violently. Dazna hurriedly held on to his hat as his body swayed back and forth. If Hinata hadn't steadied him, he would have fallen.
Once the shaking stopped, Dazna bowed to Hinata and thanked her with great respect.
Hinata found the change in Dazna's attitude rather strange, but she had been shy since childhood and didn't ask him about it.
