The servant held a gleaming silver boning knife with a sharp edge. He approached the desk, bent at the waist, and offered the knife with both hands. "Master."

Master Kang glanced at the knife. "No need. You do it..." He looked utterly exhausted. "I've already dealt with two today. I'm tired."

The servant bowed in acknowledgment. "Yes, Master." He straightened, turned with the knife in hand, and walked over to Bo Yi.

He slowly raised the knife.

Bo Yi seemed to have given up resisting. Ever since he had been caught, he had stood obediently in place, barely struggling at all. Silver light flashed across his face, and at that moment, everyone's attention converged on the sharp tip
