Miss Nina looked over, her eyes brimming with displeasure. "This is unavoidable during treatment."
"Everything we do is to help you regain your health as quickly as possible..."

"However..." Miss Nina suddenly changed tack. She waved a hand, and the doctor who had been following silently behind her immediately stepped forward. Miss Nina reached out, picked up one of the glass bottles from the tray, and shook it.
Layers of white foam immediately rose to the surface of the clear liquid.
Miss Nina looked at the bottle in her hand. "Since today was everyone's first experience of our sanatorium's treatment methods, and you have no prior experience... your panic is understandable."
"But rest assured, our sanatorium would never do anything to harm its patients..."
"After all, if our patients refuse to trust us, it becomes very difficult for us to carry out treatment smoothly."

Miss Nina stepped aside to show the players the tray in the doctor's hands, as well as the item she had taken from it. "To give every newly admitted patient a bottle of the 'holy medicine' developed exclusively by our sanatorium..."
