After passing a tall, thin doctor in the corridor, he had headed straight to this deserted rest area. He found a seat and quietly analyzed the results of his research in the examination room.
The reason he had turned the doctor into the horrifying sight the players had seen was not that he was some psychopathic killer-though he was admittedly quite fanatical about certain strange things. Rather, he had done it today because he had noticed something unusual in the test results incidentally produced by the machine used for "bloodletting."
-There was something very strange about the composition of that doctor's blood.
-It contained an extremely high concentration of an unknown substance that the machine could not identify.
In fact, to verify whether the results really indicated an abnormality in the doctor's blood, or whether the equipment in this Instance simply differed from the normal equipment he used in the real world, Bo Yi had even drawn a little of his own blood to test.
The machine soon produced Bo Yi's blood test results-which differed little from his results in his own world.
In other words... the problem was not the machine, but the doctor.
That had piqued Bo Yi's interest.
Ordinarily, considering that he was still inside an Instance, that he had entered this Instance for another purpose... and so on, Bo Yi would have set aside such a trivial little interest for the time being. But as luck would have it, the examination room was fully stocked with all sorts of equipment and tools...
That made it very hard for Bo Yi to resist!
