He killed the real Master Kang and confronted an impostor, but the deaths continued, leaving seven players and Fang Jun accusing Bo Yi over Xiao Xiao’s death.

  • Bo Yi returned to Room 404 with Xu Jingqi’s father, but an attacker dressed like the old gatekeeper wounded a newcomer who pushed Bo Yi into the exit’s white light.

He entered St. Mary's Sanatorium seeking a way to remove it, where Miss Nina established the brutal rules for the players.

  • Fang Jun accused Bo Yi of causing Xiao Xiao’s death, and the players surrounded Bo Yi demanding his clues about the Kang Residence.
  • After Miss Wang died and Master Kang postponed the wedding, Liang Pingkang and the players tried to force Bo Yi to become the bride, but Bo Yi stabbed Liang and disguised himself in the Wedding Garment.

After exploring a hidden laboratory and surviving a night of attacks, he learned that Shi Xinyi had also survived and received a bottle of Holy Medicine that other patients immediately demanded.

  • Bo Yi turned the doctor’s examination against him, chained him to the bloodletting machine, and left him mangled before Miss Nina ended the treatment.
  • Miss Nina continued the examinations, then forced the injured players to eat in the dining hall, where patients killed and devoured a player they called holy medicine.
  • After a patient was publicly executed and the players attended Blessing Worship, Bo Yi’s roommates attacked him at night and called his blood Holy Medicine.

  • Bo Yi smashed the Saintess Statue to dispel its deadly illusion, then led Ran Yan to the hidden laboratory, where they found Shi Xinyi’s body and the vessels kept in glass cases.
