Rhode had already approached the leopard.
Looking at her up close, he realized that she really was no ordinary leopard.
Never mind the crescent-shaped markings on her body-her eyes alone shone with a strange white light.
You couldn't even see her pupils!
That also confirmed that she was a Night Elf.
All Night Elves had eyes like light bulbs!
"Hello... are you... a Druid?" Rhode asked.
That should have been pretty obvious.
A Night Elf who could turn into a leopard was clearly a Druid.
And probably a Feral Druid at that.
Druids excelled at shapeshifting, switching between bears, leopards, deer, birds, trees, dolphins, and all sorts of other forms as needed. They were arguably the most interesting class in the game.
People usually called Druids in leopard form "Cat Druids," because leopards looked a bit like cats, and you could pet both of them. (?)
"You speak Darnassian?" The Cat Druid's light-bulb eyes seemed to brighten a little. "Yes, I'm a Druid. My name is Kienlo."
Her voice didn't sound particularly mature, more like that of a fourteen- or fifteen-year-old girl.
Seeing that Rhode meant her no harm, the Cat Druid named Kienlo immediately relaxed.
She lay on the ground and stretched her limbs, looking thoroughly lazy.
She really did look like a cat!
"What are you two talking about, Rhode?" Lilia asked curiously.
Rhode cast a Language Comprehension Spell on both her and Kienlo, then asked Kienlo, "Why are you in this cave?"
"I don't want to turn into a leopard anymore. Being down on all fours is so tiring. I want to become a strong Moonkin! Then I can stand up and cast spells." Her leopard head shook gently. "But I need a feather from a Moonlight Moonkin to complete my transformation ritual. So I sneaked into
