As the principal, dean of the magic academy, and lord of the territory, Rhode still had plenty to keep him busy, so he did not often teach at the school himself.
Instead, he freely contributed the spell models he had used in his own magic studies, letting the students learn from them under Audric and Millhouse Manastorm's guidance.
Not only the students but even their teachers, Audric and Millhouse Manastorm, benefited greatly, creating an intense atmosphere of learning.
That left Rhode free to turn his attention to administrative affairs.
At Southshore's Town Hall, Rhode convened a meeting attended by the leaders of each region.
Those attending were:
Mayor Marebu of Southshore.
Mayor Bevaril of Tarren Mill.
Major Drake, who was in charge of Durnholde Keep.
In fact, Rhode's territory included two other areas: the Alterac region and Northridge Farm in the Arathi Highlands.
But work on clearing the ruins of Alterac Keep had not yet begun. Nobody lived there, so there was no point assigning someone to administer it.
For now, the fields, woods, and other land surrounding Alterac Keep were placed under Tarren Mill's administration.
Northridge Farm was simply too small, and it was not part of Lordaeron's territory. Rhode only regarded it as an experimental farm, so he would not establish a separate administrative district there.
