• Yang Lin met Huo Yuhao by the stream, then joined him, Tang Ya, Bei Bei, and Wu Liuqi as they discussed Shrek and the Tang Sect.
• Yang Lin overwhelmed Tian Meng with Unlimited Void, told him to fuse with Huo Yuhao instead, and later watched Tian Meng and Electrolux enter Huo Yuhao’s mind.
• The group helped Tang Ya hunt a Mandala Snake, but Yang Lin’s Dark Gold Terrorclaw Bear clone attacked, and Yang Lin killed it with Hollow Technique-Purple and took its external soul bone.

Yang Lin exposed Wang Dong’s identity, challenged Shrek’s leadership, and set events in motion against Zhou Yi while Hai Bodong destroyed the Heavenly Dragon Sect. The arc left Red Fang fighting Xuan Zi after killing Zhou Yi and overpowering Fan Yu.

• Yang Lin discovered that Wang Dong was a girl, defeated her under her challenge’s restrictions, and became her confidant as they shared a room and meals.
• Yang Lin entered Tang San’s Divine Sense, searched its memories, and later trapped and interrogated it before erasing its recollection of him.
• Hai Bodong rescued Su Tong and Ya Fei, destroyed the Heavenly Dragon Sect, claimed its holdings for the Mittel Family, and agreed to take Nan Qiuqiu as his disciple.
• Yang Lin’s connection with Wang Dong produced a strange resonance, while he secretly confronted Tang San’s Divine Sense again and made it believe the God of Destruction had attacked it.
• After Ma Xiaotao’s evil-fire eruption threatened his friends, Yang Lin fought her and erased a vast section of Sea God Lake with Hollow Purple.
• Mu En’s Sea God Pavilion removed Yan Shaozhe as dean, ordered him to seek a remedy for Ma Xiaotao, and expelled Zhou Yi after Yang Lin presented evidence of her abuses.

Yang Lin’s creation of an Ice Phoenix strengthened the Far North and drew the Star Dou Great Forest into an alliance, while he confronted Yan Shaozhe after the dean tried to take Su Tong. Back at Shrek, Yang Lin grew closer to Wang Dong'er and attacked Tang San’s divine sense in her Sea of Consciousness.

• Red Fang rampaged over Shrek City before Xuan Zi and the elders drove him back, but he escaped using Blood Escape.
• Yang Lin spent six million Emotional Value to create an unhatched Ice Phoenix Auspicious Beast for the Far North.
• The Ice Phoenix hatched in the Far North, and the Snow Empress, Ice Empress, and other soul beasts welcomed her as family.
• Di Tian and the Snow Empress agreed to move endangered soul beasts from the Star Dou Great Forest to the Far North, while Yan Shaozhe went to Dragon City seeking Su Tong.
• Yan Shaozhe confronted Su Tong at Jia Nan Academy and tried to take her by force, so Yang Lin defeated and imprisoned him in ice.
• Yang Lin brought Yan Shaozhe to Shrek to demand an explanation, then joined Huo Yuhao, Wang Dong, and the others for a Sea God Lake barbecue.

Yang Lin’s strength reshaped Shrek’s disputes and student rivalries while Mu En began reforming the academy. The arc ended with Xuan Zi pledging to protect his new disciple, Man Sui, whom Mu En recognized as Shrek’s future.

• Xuan Zi discovered Man Sui’s Godly Taotie Bull martial soul, took her as his disciple, and brought her and Master Liang toward Shrek Academy.
• Yang Lin completed a rechargeable Level 7 Defensive Soul Tool, while Hai Bodong arrived to confront Shrek over Yan Shaozhe’s actions.
• Toji Fushiguro joined Hai Bodong in overpowering Shrek’s Elders, and Mu En arranged a meeting to settle the dispute.
• Mu En compensated Hai Bodong, who gave him a pendant to suppress Ma Xiaotao’s evil fire, while Su Tong defeated Shrek challengers with her ultimate ice.
