They were the pair who had set out from Azure Cloud City in Heavenly Billows. After flying for more than ten days, they had reached Fire Spirit Land on the fringe of Great Feng, in the south of Heaven's Mandate Continent.
They had traveled all this way to Fire Spirit Land because of Teacher Lan Qing's suggestion that they find their own way to teleport into Heavenly Secret Hall.
What did that mean?
According to Teacher Lan Qing, the restrictions at the entrance to Heavenly Secret Hall on Treasure Mountain in Upper Tomb Land had activated automatically a hundred years ago, sealing it shut. Entering Heavenly Secret Hall through Upper Tomb Land was no longer possible.
Teacher Lan Qing, however, had long since found another way into Heavenly Secret Hall on Treasure Mountain. Here in Fire Spirit Land, on the border of Great Feng, there was an enormous spatial rift through which they could enter Heavenly Secret Hall using a special method.
