Back at Ye Han’s cave abode, Han Yuwan prepared to attempt Foundation Establishment while Ye Han investigated the Purple Cauldron’s changes and shared supplies with her.

• Ye Han and Han Yuwan lured out the Devouring Beast, killed it, and discovered that the Earthwalker Demon Beast had stolen the Earth Spirit Fruit.
• Ye Han used a Divine Sense Mark to track the Earthwalker Demon Beast, and he and Han Yuwan followed it until it underwent an evolution on a formation disk.
• Han Yuwan attacked the weakened Earthwalker Demon Beast, and Ye Han joined the fight, binding it with his Thorn Bracelet before the black bead and Ghost Skull Mirror nearly took control of him.

He delivered the Spirit-Calming Pill to Fairy Jade Orchid, where Young Master Black Mountain’s forces began attacking the valley’s formation.

• Ye Han used Han Yuwan’s token to sell his spoils at Heavenly Peace Market, buy cultivation supplies, and reserve three-hundred-year wood dragon root.
• After the Purple Cauldron reacted to Ye Chunsheng’s talismans, Ye Han found him fighting Red Lady and carried the wounded cultivator away as Red Lady pursued them.
• Ye Han exhausted Red Lady during the chase, replenished his spell power with the Purple Cauldron, and defeated her with the Ghost Skull Mirror.
• Ye Chunsheng asked Ye Han to deliver two Spirit-Calming Pills to Fairy Jade Orchid, then died after entrusting him with Purple-Gold Runes and asking him to protect her.

• Fairy Jade Orchid used Ye Chunfeng’s Sword Talisman to activate a magnolia sword formation, which killed Young Master Black Mountain’s followers and wounded him before Ye Han finished him with the Ghost Skull Mirror.

Ye Han strengthened his abilities and joined four disciples on a mission into the Darkness Forbidden Ground to retrieve a Treasure Pagoda. The group fought through demonized cultivators and powerful beasts, then became trapped in a growing ambush led by a mysterious figure.

• Ye Han traded for Wood Spirit Essence, strengthened his Thorn Bracelet and divine sense, and bought Han Qiushui’s Wood Dragon Staff before Zhang Lingjun warned him about the elders’ plan for the Darkness Forbidden Ground.
• Zhang Qingshan gave Ye Han a Demon-Warding Pearl and the final levels of the Blood Refining Art, while Ye Han trained his sword formation before setting out with the elders and four other disciples.
• The Seventh Elder and Fourth Elder sent Ye Han, Qin Minghui, Gu Changdao, Sun Houde, and Lin Hongyan through a restriction into the Darkness Forbidden Ground to retrieve a Treasure Pagoda.
• Ye Han killed a demonized cultivator with his Qing Xuan Sword Formation, and the group later worked together to defeat a third-tier Demonic Flame Beast and claim its Beast Crystal.
• At the Darkness Wall, Qin Minghui led the group through a formation of demonized cultivators, but they were immediately attacked by the cultivators and magic beasts guarding the breach.
• A black-mist-shrouded figure directed the attackers and strengthened them with bloody runes as the group struggled toward the breach, and a beast’s bite forced Lin Hongyan to rely on her Substitute Talisman.
• Ye Han pulled Lin Hongyan to safety, and Qin Minghui led the group into a retreat as the mysterious figure summoned hundreds of zombies and she unleashed a massive beam of Spell Power at him.
