Arc 125The Mist King’s Vajra Pestle

Ye Han and his companions survived Fairy Water Dew’s tribulation, gathered reincarnation treasures, and confronted the Mist King in Five-Finger Mountain. They defeated him and escaped with his treasures, but the Myriad-Forms Vajra Pestle remained dangerous inside Ye Han’s Heaven-Devouring Cauldron as the group began dividing their spoils.

  • Ye Han helped Fairy Water Dew withstand her heart-demon tribulation while Blood Fiends and a Reincarnation Blood Demon threatened the group, and Hei Lin led them toward the battlefield’s Core Area.
  • Ye Han and his companions found a grotto-heaven of reincarnation mushrooms, harvested its treasures, and traded mushrooms for the Mysterious Woman’s cultivation method.

Ye Han and his companions followed a Buddha Statue’s signal through Five-Finger Mountain, where they fought powerful Buddhist constructs and uncovered a hidden passage filled with Buddhist ghosts. Separated inside the passage, Ye Han encountered strange undead and eventually reached a sealed gate behind which he sensed Fairy Ningyu and Fairy Jade Orchid.

  • Ye Han purified the Myriad-Forms Vajra Pestle and the white jade Nine-Tailed Demon Fox’s curse, then absorbed sacred energy from his prayer bead as his ancient human race inheritance strengthened his divine soul.
  • Ye Han accepted the Mysterious Woman’s offer to explain the Reincarnation Battlefield and spent years cultivating Buddhist qi before Hei Lin summoned him to a Buddha Statue that had reacted to Five-Finger Mountain.

After passing the Buddha-Heart Trial and strengthening his true Buddha nascent soul, Ye Han faced a violent struggle between Buddhist Dao power and the Heaven-Devouring Cauldron.

  • Ye Han shattered the Buddha Statues and rescued Fairy Ningyu and Fairy Jade Orchid, then learned that the battlefield was converting captured cultivators into Buddhist puppets.
  • Ye Han consumed the Reincarnation Fruit, and his nascent soul gained Buddhist power as Red Dragon Girl and Azure Phoenix Fairy’s Life Soul Tokens began responding.

After Hei Lin was converted and fused with the Buddha Ancestor’s power, Ye Han found an opening out of the Buddha Ancestor’s Body and fled as his pursuers gave chase.

  • Ye Han rejected the Buddhist Dao’s attempt to control him, restored his nascent soul with his undying Dao Heart, and purified the Heaven-Devouring Cauldron after more than five hundred years of recovery.
  • Ye Han reunited with Hei Lin, Buddha-Seal Daoist, Fairy Fire Spirit, and Fairy Water Dew, then helped them fight off the attacking Buddha Statues and supplied pills to aid their recovery.
