A long silence followed.
Faintly, there seemed to be a long sigh, filled with age and decline.
Nothing more was said.
That voice sounded again.
"Make peace."
"I will give both sides my guarantee. Once the contract is established, neither of you may provoke further conflict in any way. I will serve as the barrier between you. If either side violates the contract they signed, I will show no mercy and correct the violation."
Then he paused.
"Lynn, I know what you're thinking. You may not care. You're waiting for that Titan and that Angel to awaken, but it isn't worth it. Honoring the contract between both sides is the best resolution for all of us."
Lynn narrowed his eyes without speaking.
Then his gaze turned to the Flesh Dominator.
"The same goes for you."
"You seem to have used some means to conceal yourself from my scrutiny, but that isn't necessary. Since you've agreed to these conditions too, live on. Those who have passed are gone. Stop clinging to those departed souls of the past."
