The corners of Lynn's mouth lifted.
"Don't worry. I won't use my own power. I'll only make a few minor adjustments to the laws already present here. A few little corrections."
That Calamity had yet to achieve true omniscience and omnipotence.
If it had,
it would probably have discovered him the instant he went to Blue Star last time, rather than only now.
The Clown Doll stared at him.
"I'll only open a tiny gap. If anything goes wrong, tell me immediately."
"Don't worry. It'll be fine. Open it."
Clown was filled with misgivings, but looking at Lynn's calm smile, he finally opened a tiny gap in his Chaos Barrier.
And the instant that gap opened,
the raging storm of matter in the Nether Sea swept toward them, as though it would tear them all apart.
But Lynn merely extended his hand.
He did not use his Firstborn Power.
It was like plucking a string.
With just a touch, the matter surging madly inside settled down. Lynn's eyes flickered. Viewed through the laws, it was as though he were snatching chestnuts from a fire, touching the disordered Spatial Laws here. Soon, under his exquisite weaving, the chaotic Spatial Laws began to stabilize, little by little.
A faint glow shone from his fingertips.
It was as though he were holding an invisible thread.
"Done."
Lynn's expression remained unchanged, streams of light from the laws dancing in his eyes.
"Let's go. Upstream!"
Stabilizing every spatial fragment in the Nether Sea would be extremely difficult, but he had no need to do that. He only needed to leave an anchor point and draw out a fine thread of laws. That would effectively carve out a stable tunnel through the dark, chaotic seabed.
As long as the woven laws in his hand remained unchanged,
