Lynn stood up, studying him as he paced.
"The Sleeper's Nightmare? Is that so?"
"You're responsible for erasing every imprint that Great Lord left in the Main Universe, and that includes us ravens. Am I right?"
At those words, everyone's expression changed.
Lynn had found this information in the memories of that wisp of lingering consciousness.
These things were the true culprits behind the deaths of countless ravens all those years ago, the perpetrators who had existed even before that calamity and carried out their brutal atrocities throughout the Main Universe.
Lynn's expression was calm, but the chill in his eyes made everyone shudder.
"Actually, I'm curious. You tried to kill me too, didn't you?"
The Nightmare sneered.
"That's right. Before you fell into Hell, we planned to purge you. But you were protected, and our operation came to nothing. How hateful that we didn't kill every last one of you back then and ended up leaving a seed of disaster like you."
Lynn said quietly, "Was the End Times Cult working for you?"
The Nightmare laughed.
"A bunch of mortals who served us. Well? Have you gotten the answer you wanted?"
Lynn's gaze remained unchanged. He sat down, lightly tapping his cheek with his fingers.
In truth, he had known his origins for some time.
All his memories of the past had been fabricated when he was sent into Hell, including his identity and his experiences on Earth, because Earth did not exist in this world. There was only Blue Star.
The real Earth belonged to the memories of that Reincarnation God-King.
And he...
He was nothing more than a raven.
Lynn studied him and said:
"The Sleeper's Nightmare. To be honest, I'm very curious about you. You resemble Chaos Beings, yet you're very different from true Chaos Beings.
