Lynn knew that if this conversation kept going in circles, it would never end or accomplish anything.
This was definitely not the time to analyze whether he had really been manipulating Yin Yi. The setting was wrong. Even if he did have intentions along those lines, this was not the time to discuss them.
After struggling to wrest the RPG Rocket Launcher out of White Night's hands, Lynn panted in terror and wiped the cold sweat from his forehead.
"Can we drop this topic here? We can talk about it when we get back. Could you tell me what's happening here first? Have we taken down that Blood Thrall of the Flesh God Cult yet?"
White Night flexed his wrist with a (▼ヘ▼#) expression.
He turned toward the blazing church, the roaring flames reflected in his eyes, and said gravely:
"Not yet. After we cleared out the minions on the perimeter, that Blood Thrall took some of his elite troops into the basement of this church. We've already tried attacking twice, but we couldn't get through either time. That Blood Thrall is no ordinary opponent. He seems to have a powerful piece of Bio-Armor bestowed on him by the Flesh Dominator."
Lynn's eyebrows rose.
He discreetly tucked the RPG Rocket Launcher into his system space.
"Bio-Armor?"
White Night nodded and said solemnly, "From what we've learned so far, it should be some kind of defensive Bio-Armor weapon. The entire church basement is enclosed in the barrier it generates, making it very difficult for us to break in. More importantly, we have no idea what he's doing inside."
And that was precisely what worried them most.
