Lynn infiltrated the Mechanical Church, where Silver Fantasy defended him from the Purification Council and he transformed himself into the boy from her dream. As the Church’s war against the Desire Sect began, Lynn sought death star crystals and broke into a fortified resource depot.

• Silver Fantasy revealed that the Machine Intelligence Civilization had subjected her people to brutal experiments, while Lynn entered Hive One and learned that she had imagined him as a cheerful boy who would stay young forever.
• Lynn escaped the Shaping Hall, recovered his intelligent support system, and used a divided consciousness to evade surveillance as the Purification Council ordered his arrest.
• Silver Fantasy defied the Council to protect Lynn, and the Intelligent Brain exposed that the Lynn attacking headquarters was not the one in custody, forcing the Council to release her.
• Lynn apologized to Silver Fantasy, accepted her request to reshape him into the boy from her dream, and carried her away as the damaged Hive began repairs.
• Lynn furnished Silver Fantasy’s room and grew closer to her, while he and the Intelligent Brain discussed his hunt for death star crystals and his plans for the Divine Church.
• Silver Fantasy led the legions of Hives No. 1, No. 3, and No. 7 into battle against the Desire Sect, and Lynn joined her forces in a Mechanical Humanoid.

Lynn stole the Light Banquet frame and escaped the Purification Council’s forces with help from the Intelligent Brain. After breaking his connection with Silver Fantasy, he persuaded the Mother Tree of Desire to join him and discovered the corrupted Nature Goddess within her.

• Lynn and Zuo Zuo stole supplies from the warehouse, then Lynn evaded the Purification Council and its Silver Fantasy Mechs as he searched the base’s lower levels.
• Lynn stole the unfinished Light Banquet frame, suppressed its curse with death star crystals, and used the Undying Curse to break through the base and escape into the data network.
• Lynn reached Hive One and learned the history of the Seven Gods, then decided to sever his connection with Silver Fantasy and reunite his separated souls.
• Lynn refused to let the Intelligent Brain upload his consciousness, but later changed Silver Fantasy’s upload setting to Allow before leaving her on the battlefield.
• Lynn confronted the Mother Tree of Desire and persuaded her to stop betraying her allies and accept his people as her own.
• The Mother Tree of Desire let Lynn enter her true body, where he found the corrupted Nature Goddess and agreed to take her out of Hell.

Lynn took the Mother Tree of Desire from the battlefield through a collapsing Boundary Gate, then battled the Clown Curse and saved Silver Fantasy. Stranded in the Dark World, he began repairing Silver Fantasy and contacted Sir Awen to seek a way back to Dark Night City.

• The Silver-Haired Girl left her room and faced a command that would erase seventeen years of her memories as the Hives announced their new age of co-governance.
• Lynn joined forces with the Mother Tree of Desire, turned her power against the invading swarms, and attacked Hive One with her roots and the Flesh Plague.
• Lynn used the Curse Eye and a Boundary Gate to drag the Mother Tree toward Dark Night City while Sir Awen ascended to Origin and helped him through the death line.
• Silver Fantasy struck the Mother Tree and disrupted the gate, but Lynn survived her attack, subdued her, and carried her away as the gate collapsed and the Mother Tree crashed into the Dark World.
• Lynn struggled with the Clown Curse and nearly gave in to its urges, but he tore it from himself and collapsed after apologizing to Silver Fantasy.
• The Mother Tree and Zuo Zuo kept Lynn alive, and Lynn learned that Silver Fantasy had spent her remaining energy sustaining him, and he repaired her, confessed he was Little Refrigerator, and told her she was his lover.
• Lynn promised to return Silver Fantasy to the Hive once he found an Upload Device and resolved to enter the Vision Realm to locate a way out of Hell.
• Lynn contacted Sir Awen through the Night Doctors, discussed bringing the Mother Tree to Dark Night City, and learned that Plague Doctors were searching the battlefield while factions competed for intelligence about the Flesh Dominator’s lair.

Lynn investigated the Plague Doctors’ use of the Mother Tree’s remnants, recovered a Mechanical Church flagship, and helped Silver Fantasy regain her memories before she rejected him. He then brought the Mother Tree to Dark Night City, where a hidden authority made her withdraw and the city postponed war against the Flesh Dominator.

• Lynn investigated the Mother Tree of Desire’s remnants, discovered her roots had consumed a subterranean race, and found a crashed Mechanical Church warship infected with Flesh Plague.
• Lynn took Silver Fantasy and Zuo Zuo into the wreck, where Silver Fantasy authenticated as Miss Machine Intelligence and gained control of the damaged flagship.
• Lynn recovered the warship’s data and repaired its Upload Module, then helped Silver Fantasy reconnect with the Hive and restore her memories.
• Silver Fantasy recognized Lynn as the boy who had saved her, but suppressed her hatred, cut their flower in two, and left with the Mechanical Legion.
• Lynn learned that the Seven Gods had taken control of the Mechanical Church and feared they would target Silver Fantasy, while Sir Awen warned him about his independent psionic form.
• Lynn brought Sir Awen to the Mother Tree of Desire, subdued her after she tried to tempt him, and then guided her through the Boundary Gate to Dark Night City.
• The Mother Tree spread desire-inducing pollen over Dark Night City’s crowd, then sensed a hidden presence connected to a child, a sapling, and a book and withdrew her consciousness.
• The Mother Tree offered to help find the Flesh Dominator, but Lynn explained that the Lord of the Vision Realm’s mediation meant Dark Night City would wait for its Origins to recover unless attacked first.
