Lynn infiltrated the Plague Doctors, uncovered clues about Miao Miao’s family, and took control of Leviathan’s puppet factory. He launched a rebellion against Doctor 315 and began releasing Leviathan from its curse, but Doctor 315 unleashed an instant-death curse before Lynn revealed that the body he struck was a decoy.

• Lynn bound Doctor Ryan, looted his laboratory, and tortured him into revealing plague formulas and details about Miao Miao’s family.
• Ryan said Miao Miao’s mother had escaped the Plague Doctors, and photographs led Lynn and Black String Moon to suspect Madam Doll was her mother.
• Lynn poisoned Plague Doctors throughout Leviathan with a delayed potion and maneuvered Alice and Silver Fantasy into Doctor 315’s custody.
• Lynn secretly marked the puppet factory’s puppets, then used a staged battle and his disguise to infiltrate Doctor 315’s First Chamber.
• Lynn revealed himself as the Night Doctor and attacked Doctor 315, while his potion mutated Plague Doctors and his five Death Omen Rank puppets turned against them.

Lynn confronted Doctor 315 over Miao Miao’s family while Leviathan’s curse and the Matriarch’s fallen-angel side threatened everyone. With Sir Awen’s help, Lynn awakened the Matriarch, then pursued Doctor 315 after Leviathan fell.

• Lynn revealed that he had deceived Doctor 315 and brought Miao Miao to confront him about the experiments that had transformed her family.
• Lynn and Silver Fantasy tortured Doctor 315 until he revealed that Miao Miao’s brother was preserved in his collection, then Lynn restored the boy’s body but found his soul overwhelmed by hatred.
• The Matriarch’s black feathers freed Doctor 315 from his restraints, but Lynn bound himself and her arm with the Death-Binding Curse and bit her as Leviathan’s curse weakened.
• Lynn completed the Curse Removal as the Fallen Angel awakened, then Leviathan detonated and destroyed the Mother Tree’s flesh realm while Lynn escaped with his companions.
• The Fallen Angel attacked the fleeing group, but Xiao Xiao arrived and shielded Lynn and Silver Fantasy before Lynn escaped with her across the wasteland.

• Sir Awen and the God of Ten Thousand Machines resumed their assault, while Lynn rode Xiao Xiao toward the fallen First Chamber and pinned the fleeing Doctor 315 beneath her head.

Lynn and Zuo Zuo were drawn into the Colossus Brain’s consciousness, where they faced hostile projections and pursued the Brain amid a struggle between powerful Origins. After separating from Zuo Zuo, Lynn traveled with the Mother Tree of Desire, saw the painful memories behind her hatred, and was confronted by a projection of his own past.

• Lynn and Zuo Zuo entered the blood-mist consciousness space, where Lynn realized that the God of Ten Thousand Machines and the Colossus flesh he had collected had also been drawn in.
• Lynn and Zuo Zuo escaped Silver Fantasy and Mechanical Church units, freed Little Darling from psionic restraints, and were cornered by the Mother Tree of Desire.
• Lynn bargained with the Mother Tree of Desire by pretending to shoot himself, then sent Zuo Zuo and Little Darling away while he traveled with her to find the Colossus Brain.
• Lynn learned that the Mother Tree intended to devour the Colossus Brain’s pure consciousness, and he saw a projection of the calamity that destroyed Sir Awen’s civilization.
• The Mother Tree of Desire attacked Lynn after he touched her, then revealed her longing to return to her lost homeland, while Lynn admitted he could not safely trust her.
• The Mother Tree of Desire relived the destruction of her Woodland and the Arks of Nature, while Lynn reached the edge of the projection and sought to reunite with Zuo Zuo and help Sir Awen.
• The consciousness space showed Lynn a childhood breakup in which a little girl left him after her dentist father blamed him for her cavities, and Lynn began to recall why he had not chased after her.

Lynn fought the Mother Tree of Desire, survived their clash with a transformed body, and reached the Colossus Brain with Zuo Zuo. He refused to let her be absorbed into the Colossus, and the awakened Colossus began rebuilding itself as Hell tried to suppress it.

• Lynn escaped the Mother Tree of Desire’s projection by using a puppet, then fought her with curses and the Titan’s Curse until she swallowed him and killed him.
• Lynn resurrected with heightened abilities, confessed that he had slept with the Mother Tree of Desire while out of his mind, and joined Sir Awen, Zuo Zuo, and Little Darling at the Colossus Gate.
• Sir Awen fought the God of Ten Thousand Machines and the Flesh Dominator while Lynn and Zuo Zuo entered the Forbidden Knowledge Vault and found the Colossus Brain.
• The Colossus Brain began restoring Zuo Zuo’s memories and Authority, but Lynn turned back when she struggled to reach him and insisted that she wanted to stay by his side.
• Lynn offered to serve as Zuo Zuo’s temporary vessel and give the Colossus Brain the heart it needed, and the Brain transferred Zuo Zuo’s consciousness to him before taking back the heart.
• The awakened Colossus emerged from the Gate, drove off the Origins, and summoned the consciousnesses within its flesh to return.
• Lynn entered the consciousness realm with Zuo Zuo as the Colossus rebuilt itself, while Hell sent darkness, chains, and other forces to suppress it.
