Toji Fushiguro was a man who drifted through life in a haze.
He had always taken life one day at a time. Although he had once enjoyed a stretch of warmth and happiness, he had fallen back into depravity after the death of the woman he loved.
In truth, Toji Fushiguro had no strong desire to live. Of course, he had no particular wish to die, either. He simply drifted along, muddling through his days.
Aikawa Kaze had vaguely heard that, during some grand scheme Brain would launch in the future, Toji Fushiguro had briefly been "resurrected," only to kill himself to protect his son.
