"That was still too conservative." Luo Qi began another round of simulations on the million-plus monsters. These metal lifeforms were, at most, impervious to conventional weapons and capable of moving freely through outer space. They looked immensely powerful and unlike anything else.
But without the corresponding technical knowledge to support them, they were merely oversized ants before the Civilization Coalition fleet. Within moments, the warships had effortlessly wiped out hundreds of thousands of metal monsters.
Watching the one-sided slaughter, Luo Qi decided he needed to be more aggressive.
Under the influence of spatial power, the Destroyer's memories were silently altered. Knowledge of how to use the Chain-State Weapon appeared in its mind. This method of harnessing grand unified force could easily sever anything sustained by universal force. Calling it an eraser for the physical world would be no exaggeration; it was the strongest weapon beneath spatial force.
The Destroyer shared this knowledge, and the metal beasts in space underwent another upgrade amid the destruction. Their beam weapons became invisible, yet could easily collapse the warships' shields and burn enormous circular holes through their hulls.
What had been an extermination campaign against the metal beasts turned into an exchange of blows.
The Destroyer, however, could not upgrade the fleet it had finished building earlier. The advantages of biological structure revealed themselves once again in war, and the Destroyer was glad it had made the right choice.
The million beasts in the starry void attacked the Civilization Coalition fleet with abandon. They, too, could make faster-than-light jumps. As both sides suffered heavy losses, the scales of victory began tipping toward the Destroyer.
Another gestation cycle under the Destroyer's control had also ended. Five planets in the Stellar System ejected enormous metal embryos. The Civilization Coalition fleet detected this and immediately relayed the
