Genya pointed at Hiashi, the words pouring out of him.

"What bullshit responsibility! What bullshit honor! What bullshit status as a princess! They're all excuses you use to hide your own incompetence and failure as a parent!"

"How old is Hinata? She's a living, breathing person! Not a tool for your Hyuga Clan to preserve its bloodline and flaunt its power!"

"You keep claiming it's for the clan, for her own good. Have you ever shown her any real care or encouragement?"

"Have you ever tried to understand her fears and desires? Besides using those Byakugan of yours to spot which move she hasn't mastered, then putting on that dead-eyed look of disappointment, what else can you do?!"

"Your clan system oppresses the branch family and breeds hatred. Now your own daughter is suffering the consequences, and instead of thinking about how to solve the problem, you blame the victim for not being strong enough???"

"Neji was directly responsible for Hinata's injuries today, but you, Hyuga Hiashi-a cold, stubborn father who only knows how to browbeat people in the name of the clan-are his greatest accomplice!!"

"Your Hyuga Clan's rotten rules and your self-righteous parenting will destroy Hinata completely sooner or later! You don't deserve to be her father!!"

Every word of Genya's tirade struck a nerve, tearing to shreds beliefs Hyuga Hiashi had held firmly for years.

Hiashi's face went from red to livid, then darkened further. Veins throbbed on his forehead, and chakra surged through him. He was clearly furious beyond measure.

He had been clan head for years. When had anyone ever pointed at his face and berated him like this, let alone a six-year-old brat?

"Genya Uchiha!!! You've gone too far!!!"

Hiashi roared, unleashing the pressure of his chakra in an attempt to intimidate this boy who didn't know his place.

"This is an internal matter of the Hyuga Clan! An outsider like you has no right to spout nonsense here! Get out of the Hyuga Clan Compound right now! Otherwise..."

"Otherwise what?!"

Genya refused to back down. His Three-Tomoe Sharingan appeared, and he met Hiashi's gaze without fear, chakra surging around him as well.

"Want to fight? Come on, then! Let's see just how capable you are, clan head, when you're not throwing your weight around with your own daughter!"

The conflict escalated again, moving beyond a war of words toward something far more violent.

Hinata was so frightened that she stopped crying, staring in terror at her father and Genya as they stood poised to fight.

Genya had enraged Hyuga Hiashi so badly that he shook all over. His sleeves stirred without any wind, and veins bulged around his eyes.

"Uchiha brat... you have a death wish!!"

Hiashi forced the words through clenched teeth. His anger had clearly become deadly serious.

Genya showed no fear. The scarlet light of his Three-Tomoe Sharingan blazed as he locked onto Hiashi.

Every muscle in his body tensed, chakra racing through him. He was ready to fight with everything he had.

But he hadn't forgotten Hinata behind him. Turning his head, he spoke as gently as he could.

"Hinata, don't be afraid. Stay over there and don't move. Today, I'm going to make certain people understand that hurting you comes at a price!"

Hinata gazed at Genya's back, resolute and fiercely protective. Hearing his unwavering words, she felt both deeply moved and terrified.

Tears welled up again. She wanted to say something, but could only nod hard through her sobs, her little hands clutching the hem of her clothes, worry written across her face.

Having reassured Hinata,

Genya turned back without hesitation and pointed one hand at Hyuga Hiashi. Brimming with fighting spirit, he cast aside his last shred of restraint.

"Old dog! Enough talk! Today, I, Genya Uchiha, will get justice for Hinata!"

"Fight me!!!"

The instant the final syllable left his mouth, both figures vanished from where they stood!

The sounds of fists and feet colliding erupted through the courtyard like pounding rain!

Two figures crossed, separated, then clashed again!

Genya's Sharingan spun furiously, capturing, analyzing, and copying every move Hiashi made!
