Wang Qiu'er grew up in the Star Dou Great Forest. Luo Chen inspired her to enter the human world and visit Shrek Academy, where she encountered Wang Dong'er, whose face looked exactly like her own. Rather than immediately revealing her identity to Luo Chen, she initially clashed with him 48 49.

She and Luo Chen exchanged memories, allowing her to see glimpses of the future Dragon King era. She eventually confessed her feelings while believing he was asleep; he disappeared after she had finally expressed her affection 32 49.

While watching the Sky Screen, she heard Luo Chen condemn Tang San's plans for the Emperor Auspicious Beast and express his wish to protect her. A flash from the screen then transported her ten thousand years forward. She remained in the Star Dou Great Forest, but sensed that fewer than a tenth of its former soul beasts survived.
