Luo Chen is a transmigrator with knowledge of the original course of Douluo history. He recognizes future events involving Tang San, Huo Yuhao, the Divine Realm, and the decline of soul beasts, and uses that knowledge to change events rather than follow their expected outcomes 2 16 19.

Before the Dragon King-era storyline, he had formed relationships with women from both the Spirit Hall and Peerless Tang Sect eras. Qian Renxue retained a handwritten marriage contract associated with his promise to marry her. Wang Dong’er remembered living closely with him at Shrek Academy, while Wang Qiu’er entered the human world because of him.
