"Why does 1+1 have to equal 2?" Sylvanas pondered, as though possessed by the souls of a mathematician and a philosopher.
...Alleria seemed to catch the mood. Yes! Why does it have to equal 2? Once she seriously thought about it, she suddenly realized that the question of 1+1 was indeed far too profound. She felt that anyone who could thoroughly unravel it would surely be able to solve the mystery of the universe's origin, too. Perhaps the origin of the universe was simply a matter of 1+1 or 1-1.
"Forget it. Stop thinking about it." Alleria looked at Sylvanas and said, "You don't have to put on that philosopher's act, either. I know you're not cut out for it. Let's just be fools and accept it!"
"Hehe! You caught me." Sylvanas suddenly laughed. "Can't you let me pretend to be a deep thinker a little longer?"
"No matter how convincing your act is, you're still a fool!" Alleria said.
"Sis, could you not be so blunt? It makes me feel awful. Where's your aristocratic bearing? Your elegant manners? Your image, sis, your image!" Sylvanas said.
This was the second time today someone had criticized Alleria's image. Furious, she said, "I don't need you to remind me. You should worry about your own image first!"
"Oh!" Sylvanas was once again possessed by the souls of a mathematician and a philosopher. "Sis, do I look like a deep thinker this way?" She propped her chin in both hands.
"Pfft!" Alleria couldn't help laughing. "You look like a deeply thoughtful madwoman."
"Exactly!" Sylvanas said with profound solemnity. "All geniuses are mad!"
With that, she adopted another deep, solemn expression, as though she had suddenly become one of the greatest philosophers and thinkers of the age.
"Could you stop fooling around?" Alleria said.
