"If I guessed right, there should be a fork just inside that cave entrance, with passages leading left and right. Which side did they seal?" Yu Lin Bloodhawk asked.
"They sealed both. Should we send someone to blast away the rocks blocking them?" the Household Guard officer asked.
"Are the people from the Windrunner Burning Legion's Frostwolf Clan Regiment still here?" Yu Lin Bloodhawk asked. He had never seen Sylvanas leave with the Frostwolf Clan Regiment, perhaps because of the thick smoke from the fire, or perhaps because of the route she had chosen.
"They've all left! Everyone withdrew before the fire burned out. Only our Household Guard and the mages responsible for installing the portal are here now," the officer said.
"Is the Old Charlatan... oh... no, I mean Lord Sorens, the old high priest, still here?" Yu Lin Bloodhawk asked.
"The high priest is still here!" the officer said.
"Good, as long as he's here." Yu Lin Bloodhawk nodded. "Can you hear any other sounds through the stone walls blocking the passages? The quilboar moving rocks inside, for example."
"No! We listened there for a while using Beast Eye, but it was very quiet inside," the officer said.
Nothing? That couldn't be right! The fire had been out for a while, and the oxygen inside the cave shouldn't have run out while it was burning. How could there be no movement at all? What on earth were those quilboar up to? Yu Lin Bloodhawk grew suspicious.
"Go scout a little longer!" Yu Lin Bloodhawk remained cautious in the end.
"Yes, my lord!" The officer saluted and left.
A while later, the Household Guard officer returned to report that there was still no movement whatsoever inside the cave.
"Blast it open with explosives!" Yu Lin Bloodhawk finally ordered them
