On the athletic field at Tokyo Jujutsu High.
"Why did you leave this trash for me?"
Ze Zenin glanced at the bound Haruta Shigemo. The six-pointed star in his right eye turned slightly, and black flames seized Haruta's life like the Grim Reaper.
Haruta Shigemo died screaming in agony.
"Geto, have you found three suitable candidates?" Ze Zenin looked at Suguru Geto and asked in a low voice.
"I have. Are we starting now?"
Suguru Geto took out three jars filled with liquid from behind him. Inside were numbers one through three of the Cursed Womb: Death Paintings.
"Whenever is fine." Ze Zenin smiled faintly, then said something that left everyone baffled.
"A hundred and fifty years of solitude might have been nothing more than a long stretch of staring into space for them, but no one could endure that kind of loneliness, could they?"
Suguru Geto looked thoughtful, then handed the jars to Ze Zenin.
Ze Zenin removed the cursed objects and pushed each one into the mouth of one of the three men before him.
At once, the three men's bodies began to warp, finally transforming into three beings with entirely different appearances.
Ze Zenin took a step back, gazing expressionlessly at the three "people" who looked exactly as he remembered.
"My name is Ze Zenin... I've been waiting a long time for you, Choso."
A short while later.
On the streets of Tokyo.
"This is our first proper date, Ze." Shoko smiled radiantly as she strolled through Tokyo with Ze Zenin. "Have you taken care of everything?"
"Not yet." Ze Zenin patted Shoko's head, earning an indignant protest from her.
"There's one last thing, but I'm planning to wait a little longer."
"What is it?" Shoko looked at Ze Zenin curiously, placing a hand on his waist.
