Background / History
Iruka’s parents died during the tragedy that struck Konoha on the night Naruto was born. Six years later, he visits their names at the Memorial Stone with Naruto and Kiyoshi. He admits that he once hated Naruto because of his loss, but eventually recognized that a newborn child could not be responsible for what happened 40.
