"How would I know?" the fat security guard snapped. "This hospital looks perfectly ordinary, nothing like a haunted place. But with everything happening tonight, and the killer appearing and disappearing without a trace, I can't say for sure whether there are ghosts!"
"I don't even want to do this mission anymore." The thin security guard looked irritated. "What if we end up dying ourselves while investigating?"
"Don't you want points?" the fat security guard reminded him. "This is a great chance to earn extra points."
The thin security guard hesitated for a second, then waved his hand. "Points aren't worth shit compared to my life."
"That's all," the Orangutan said in Zhao Xun's mind. "The thin security guard tried to leave after that, but the fat one stopped him. They're still arguing. They've just left the two bodies on the floor without doing anything about them."
"Stay there for now and see if you get a chance to approach the bodies and examine them closely," Zhao Xun instructed the Orangutan. "If you don't, come back."
"All right," the Orangutan agreed.
Listening to another burst of chaotic footsteps outside, Zhao Xun knew that another player in one of the wards had probably died.
He paid it little attention, thinking instead about his plans for the next day.
Tomorrow, he could put off finding a security guard to hypnotize and question. He would check the Records Room first.
More than forty minutes later, the Orangutan returned.
Zhao Xun opened the ward door and let the Orangutan in.
Only after closing the door did he ask, "Did you examine the bodies?"
"No." The Orangutan took off the cloak and returned it to Zhao Xun, grumbling, "Those two security guards were awful. They argued forever without leaving, then dragged the bodies away."
"Where did
