Ao Council Headquarters
The so-called world of mirrors has been extinguished.
Qin Yiguan looked around, his view now completely unobstructed.
It turned out to be a huge warehouse with an extremely high dome, perhaps thousands of meters high, and a vast area large enough to house a small city.
The Sniper Aoke by creating a mirror trap in a high-tech warehouse like this.
The moment Qin Yiguan and his two companions entered this Metaverse, they had already fallen into a trap set by the Sniper Aoke.
It now appears that the Sniper Aoke is extremely cautious, making a stop here every time he jumps through the Metaverse. If there are any enemies following him, the Sniper Aoke will take them down here.
As for the outer side of this enormous warehouse, it should be a world similar to other universes, with mountains, rivers, and city dwellers.
After all, the basic logic and physical laws are the same across the Metaverse; the only difference lies in the different causes and effects.
in other words.
This cannot be the headquarters of the Ao Council.
It's nothing more than Sniper Aoke.
Qin Yiguan glanced at the Underworld.
With remarkable ease and composure, the Underworld gripped his machete and cleanly severed one of the Sniper Aoke's ears.
Then, the Underworld attached the ear to the center of the Sniper Aoke's large forehead.
"Huh."
Congratulations, your ear has become your third eye.
The first time it wasn't stuck on properly, the ear was crooked and slipped down an inch, so the Underworld had to reach out again and straighten it.
The Caregiver lowered her hat brim again, turned around, and closed her eyes. "I just want to be a Caregiver quietly..."
Blood was gushing from the Sniper Aoke's ear, staining the ground red. His facial features were still twitching, his expression one of extreme terror, and he was babbling incoherently.
Qin Yiguan slowly crouched down, his clear black and white eyes fixed on the Sniper Aoke, his voice calm, "You're definitely not going to survive, but your performance from here on out will determine whether you die a peaceful death."
"Um..."
"You have such a big head, you're very smart."
You should know what I want to ask.
"Speak."
Qin Yiguan now gives off an impression that can even be described as 'kind,' as if a saint has descended upon him. As long as the Sniper Aoke can be dealt with smoothly, Qin Yiguan will keep his promise and gently send him on his way.
But the Sniper Aoke's yellowish eyes were darting downwards, seemingly oblivious to the pain of having his ear severed, as if the direction his eyes were looking at was something far more terrifying.
Qin Yiguan and the Underworld followed his gaze.
What they saw was the Sniper Aoke's severed mechanical body, and inside the arm of this part of the body was the ' Multiverse Jump String '. At this moment, the blue bowstring, like an arc of electricity, was sealed inside the transparent glass cylinder.
Why is this bowstring getting brighter and brighter?
The Underworld frowned. "It's as if its internal energy is out of balance, about to explode in a cataclysmic event, and with us so close, none of us can escape death."
Qin Yiguan also stared at the glass jar. "I think your jinx... might have been right."
"Hehe."
"You want to know the location of the Ao Council headquarters."
But then the Sniper Aoke seemed to have a sudden realization, and he said, "I'm afraid you'll have to search in Hell from now on."
The Sniper Aoke's face grew increasingly contorted.
Bang!
His enormous head exploded instantly!
Qin Yiguan and his two companions were splattered with blood and brain matter, but they were unharmed. This was because the miniature bomb that Sniper Aoke's brain was clearly intended for self-destruction, and its damage was limited to his head.
"He'd rather commit suicide..."
Qin Yiguan squinted at the increasingly bright, String of Jumping. "The good news is, this string's activation won't kill us. The bad news is, the consequences of its activation are far more terrible than death."
The Underworld also felt a sense of helplessness, so he simply gave up, shrugging and saying, "You're quick-witted."
The String of Jumping exploded.
In an instant, it was as bright as day.
This enormous black warehouse was also razed to the ground.
Once everything had settled down, the figures of Qin Yiguan, the Underworld, and the Caregiver had all vanished.
If you listen carefully...
The air seemed to still echo with Underworld's heartfelt exclamation, "Damn it."
"This is indeed just an ordinary brick."
The Core Aoke carefully examined the blue brick in his hand, as if it were a rare treasure, clearly delighted. "Its only purpose is to build houses."
AIK Aoke's head was bent. "Sir, I really don't understand, not even a little bit."
"Didn't you say that before?"
Shall I take you to see the real headquarters of our Ao Council?
The Blackheart Aoke smiled, and the protective panel of the spaceship behind him slowly opened, revealing a huge observation window.
AIK Aoke stepped forward and surveyed the area from his elevated position.
The spaceship he was on had unknowingly traveled a considerable distance.
What they found was a piece of land that wasn't very large, at most the size of a dozen or so football fields, floating in a dark void.
This land is very primitive, with the ground made up of dark blue squares. Countless aircraft fly back and forth over this land, carrying standard-sized blue bricks, which are being pieced together to form the ground.
As the blue bricks were pieced together, the land gradually expanded.
This land has a strong sense of déjà vu, like a 'void continent'.
In its center stands a ten-story building. The construction techniques and materials used in this building seem rather rough, unlike a building in the Metaverse, and more like an ordinary building in the physical world.
The blue bricks used to build this tall building and the ground are exactly the same as the blue bricks in the hands of the Core Aoke.
AIK Aoke looked puzzled. "Is this the headquarters of the Ao Council?"
The Core Aoke nodded slowly, "Yes."
"This..."
AIK Aoke's doubts deepened, "Is this place entirely constructed from Source Matter?"
The Core Aoke nodded again, "Yes."
"So..."
AIK Aoke, however, hesitated to speak.
I understand your doubts, because in your eyes, this is simply a wasteland.
From the perspective of Core Aoke, "One of the key reasons why the Ao Council has endured for so long is that no one can find our headquarters. And the reason they can't find our headquarters is because our headquarters is not located in any Metaverse, not even in the Gemini Matrix."
AIK Aoke, realized the key point. "So, where is this location?"
I've named this place -- Aoke Universe.
The Core Aoke smiled. "If we compare the Gemini Metaverse to a game, then this is a separate save file. No matter how powerful Qin Yiguan or anyone else is, he is ultimately a character in another save file. This is an absolutely insurmountable chasm. He, and everyone else, will never reach here, and will never see this scene before them."
"The Source Matter is clearly not a mineral."
Its essence is a programmable material.
"It can be edited into any kind of matter, even an independent Metaverse."
"Everything you see, every brick and tile, even a speck of dust in the air, comes from the transformation of Source Matter."
"Of course, I added my own algorithm when compiling all of this, so I am now the god here."
But then AIK Aoke, with his Big Head, laboriously turned around. "Core Aoke, forgive my bluntness, but what is the meaning of a god in this desolate world?"
"Barren?"
The Core Aoke slowly chuckled, "Haven't you considered why the Gemini Superbrain would scatter Source Matter throughout various Metaverse, and why they would have to dig it up from underground? No matter how advanced the equipment, it's impossible to detect the precise location of Source Matter?"
AIK Aoke paused for a moment, then shook his head with difficulty.
"Because."
"The Source Matter is an Easter egg hidden in this vast world by the Gemini Superbrain."
The Core Aoke stared ahead, his expression arrogant, and said, "This is a game of collecting and solving puzzles, and I am the only one who can solve it."
