• Old Jiang and the veteran generals chose to remain and fight, declaring that the Zhenwu Demon-Slaying Army's battle intent must endure.

Xu Taiping single-handedly slaughtered the demonic generals attacking Heavenly Thunder City’s sky barrier, while the Nine Abysses Demonic Army breached the city wall. Old Jiang joined the defense and struck at the breach as demonic qi poured through it.
