Tang San’s intervention in Mingdu ended with Wang Dong’er destroying his avatar, while conflicts across the continent drew in the gods Dai Mubai and Tang San. Dai Mubai failed to defeat Du Busi and returned to the White Tiger Duke’s Mansion unconscious, as Xu Jiawei sought his help against the empire’s enemies.

• Tang San arrived in Mingdu, crushed the city’s Soul Cannon defenses, and ordered Ye Xishui to deliver his terms to Xu Tianran before confronting Qin Xiao and Wang Dong’er.
• Wang Dong’er shot Tang San’s avatar with Qin Xiao’s destruction-powered Soul Guidance Ray Gun and destroyed it, while Du Busi pursued Tai Tan and defeated Yan Shaozhe’s Phoenix.
• Long Xiaoyao took the unconscious Yan Shaozhe away, and Du Busi defeated Niu Tian and Tai Tan despite their attempts to summon Tang San.
• Dai Mubai sent an avatar to the White Tiger Duke’s Mansion, learned the Duchess’s account of Huo Yuhao, and restored Dai Yueheng while secretly preparing him as a possible vessel.
• Dai Mubai joined Niu Tian and Tai Tan against Du Busi, but their battle tore open spatial rifts and Du Busi ultimately overpowered him.
• Xu Jiawei gave the Duchess valuable Soul Bones and documents for assets, asking her to persuade Dai Mubai to help protect the Star Luo Empire.
• Dai Mubai escaped Du Busi through a spatial rift, then returned to the White Tiger Duke’s Mansion and fell into a deep slumber as the Duchess and Xu Jiawei approached him.
