The space roughly two meters above the opening had become severely distorted.
Yet despite that extreme distortion, ordinary people could see nothing with the naked eye. Apart from the warped space and the incessant hissing, there was nothing visible, lending the entire area an eerie air.

It was invisible to the naked eye, but Xiao Yan's eyes, enveloped in green lotus core flame, clearly saw the terrifying creature that had shot out of the dark hole. Excitement appeared on his face.

Somewhat distorted flames enveloped the fire python's entire body. Its enormous mouth gaped open, and its fangs, each as thick as Xiao Yan's thigh, radiated warped ripples. Invisible flames continually spurted from its two huge, triangular eyes.
The fire python charged out of the darkness with an enraged roar. At that moment, however, the surrounding space suddenly rippled, twisting into a spatial cage.
