• Long Xiao and Bai Ling'er visited Jia Nan Academy, where Xiao Huohuo challenged Lei Heavenbreaker and Long Xiao later defeated Lei Dong in a three-move spar.
• Bai Ling'er confronted Long Xiao about Shasha, then agreed to meet her as Long Xiao promised not to make her sad again.
• A purple-clothed Seven-Colored Sacred Spirit Python captured Medusa, but Long Xiao arrived and tried to stop her from taking Medusa to the Jiuling Sacred Palace.
• Medusa agreed to go with the woman to spare the Snake-People, and Long Xiao returned to the Dragon God Heavenly Palace to obtain the Divine Lord Token and gather the Divine Generals.

• Long Xiao and Medusa entered the hidden Myriad Beast Blood Pool, where Medusa learned the Blood God Heavenly Art and reached the Dou Di realm while Long Xiao advanced to one-star Venerable.
• Long Jian and his allies fought over Jiuling Sacred Palace as Long Xiao and Medusa fled with its treasures, then Mo Huang sent them to the Great Thousand Star Domain and destroyed the tablet bearing the art.
• Qing Yanjing confronted Long Xiao over mistaking him for Young Master Yu, and she and Medusa fought until both were injured, and Long Xiao later defeated and bound Young Master Yu, whom Qing Yanjing punished.

Long Xiao returned to the Snake-People Tribe, then traveled to the Central Plains, where he faced the Wind Thunder Pavilion’s leaders and learned more about his Undead Blood Curse. The arc left him planning to unite the ancient clans and negotiate with the Pill Tower as his allies grew stronger.

• Bai Ling'er and Medusa accepted each other as sisters, then joined Long Xiao at Jia Xingtian’s banquet, where Ya Fei asked him to help her avoid marrying Wang Yi.
• Wang Hao demanded that Long Xiao and his companions go to the Great Hammer Sect, but Medusa killed him and his siblings when Long Xiao refused.
