Shi Yi had arrived.
He stood in the vast desert outside the Imperial Pass, expressionless as he looked down upon the beings of the Foreign Realm.
The three remaining Supremes of the Foreign Realm trembled, feeling as though the god of death were beckoning to them.
"We can't go back. Damn it!"
One Foreign Realm Supreme growled. He bitterly regretted following the others into the Nine Heavens and Ten Earths. He had thought it all too simple, believing this world had no one capable of resisting them and that, with Immortal Ones leading them, they could crush it at will.
Who could have imagined this outcome?
They never considered begging for mercy. They knew their own situation well enough: their opponent would never spare them.
"Kill!"
One Supreme could bear it no longer. He burned everything he had and charged at Shi Yi like a moth flying into a flame.
Yet he could not even get close. While still far away, he suddenly froze in place, then exploded with a boom, scattering a rain of blood.
Throughout the entire process, Shi Yi never moved a muscle. He had slain an Imperial Clan Supreme with his gaze alone. The gulf between them defied description; it was too vast to measure.
"Ants."
Shi Yi delivered his cold verdict.
The remaining two were also Imperial Clan Supremes. Without comparing them to Shi Yi, they could be considered exceptionally powerful, far stronger than ordinary Supremes.
But before Shi Yi, they amounted to nothing.
"We're dead either way. Let's stake everything."
The two Supremes exchanged a glance. Knowing they would most likely never survive this expedition, they followed the previous Supreme's example and made one final, desperate stand.
The result was gruesome. Blood splashed as both Imperial Clan Supremes exploded on the spot, slain outright
