Before the lesson resumed, the instructor threw out this question. The young scholarship student could not help letting out a heavy sigh inwardly—how could he possibly know?—then honestly shook his head.

"This pavilion is called the 'Mirror Pavilion.' Mirror as in looking glass."

He could not help laughing.
The instructor laughed as well. "...Though the pavilion is named after the mirror, the mirror itself has no name. Strictly speaking, it too is called 'the Nameless One.' Since so many people know of it, they generally call it 'the mirror in the pavilion' or 'the Mirror Pavilion's mirror.'"
