Fatty Xin raised both hands in a placating gesture toward the "pack" of Doggy, while taking half a step back to stand behind Zheng Qing. "I just wanted to carry Tuantuan off that guy's face... Tuantuan?"
As Banner retreated, the few Doggy that had just appeared went poof, poof and vanished from where they stood in the blink of an eye. Clearly, each additional Doggy he summoned was a considerable burden on him.

Hearing Fatty Xin's call, the fat cat's ears twitched. It reluctantly turned Half-Face, glanced at the young wizards who had just entered the room, and gave a perfunctory hum from its throat.
"What are you doing? Why are you squatting on his face?" Fatty Xin waved again, trying to get the fat cat off the wizard's head so everyone could see clearly what he looked like.
The fat cat hesitated for a few seconds. Its tail, which had been curled into a ball, slowly uncoiled, revealing the unfamiliar wizard's mouth.
Then that mouth instinctively started to open.
But immediately, the fat cat's uncoiled tail lashed down. Smack, smack—it struck his mouth hard, making sure he could not chant a spell. The mouth let out humiliated growls beneath the Cat tail's blows.
Zheng Qing unconsciously touched his own cheek, deeply grateful for the fat cat's usual friendliness.
"Poor guy," the young publicly funded student muttered. He looked around, trying to find a lighter topic, and then spotted Dylan's black Coffin. "Where's Dylan? An outsider came into the dorm, and he didn't make a sound?"
"He should've gone to class already... I'm guessing your Doggy only picks times when no one's in the dorm to come in."
