A black vortex slowly formed several hundred meters beyond the Inner Fort Battlements.

Even reinforced by layers of magic, the vortex still twisted the space of the Black Prison World into marks of varying depth and severity. The intense traces of spacetime magic made the wall clock floating nearby tremble wildly, its three hands spinning erratically. Brigitte the Arch Lich's shrill screams could faintly be heard.

Two enormous palms slowly emerged from the vortex. One was gaunt, little more than skin stretched over flesh; the other had become nothing but dry bones, with a few scraps of bright red flesh scattered across its pallid skeletal fingers.

Vast magical qi mechanisms surged outward from those hands. Above the Wedge-shaped Enclave, several deans and the Great Demons locked in battle all ceased their attacks and cautiously raised Guardian Magic.

Its tip was soft, still creased from having been folded over, as though its wizard had used it as an armrest during a midday nap. Thus, the tip drooped limply.

Beneath the brim was a somewhat aged face. Sallow skin hung loosely from it, heavy bags sagged beneath bloodshot eyes, and he looked poorly rested. In contrast to that old face, his chin was quite clean, without a single whisker, clearly tended with great care.
