The Legendary Celebration was imminent.

In fact, any attacker capable of pulling off such a feat under the noses of so many Legends must have long since covered their tracks. Even if the Legends carefully combed through those densely packed Timelines that had already converged, they likely would not find many clues.
Since Professor Dumbledore was unharmed.
This matter could be set aside for now.
Today's most important matter was the celebration.
Guests were steadily arriving at this ancient secondary school on the Isle of Britain from every direction.
First University alone had over a hundred representatives of various kinds.
The school's several Legends and their attendants accounted for nearly half those slots. First University's five academies and four Research Institutes were all registered as "independent legal entities" within The Alliance, and each academy had its own representatives. Then there were the wizards who held Merlin Diamond Medals, The Alliance Special Contribution Awards, and similar honors, as well as the compilers of advanced magic textbooks, adding up to several dozen more.
That did not even include wizard representatives who were not part of First University but remained closely connected to it.
For instance, Rat Immortal did not take up one of First University's slots, instead attending as a "Legend." The attendants beside him were all familiar faces: Zheng Qing, Zhu Si, Colma, Ding Dang Ear and Ding Dong Ear, Dr. Du Zem, and the Wandering Wizard.
Zheng Qing was not surprised to see the latter two wizards in Rat Immortal's entourage. After becoming a Legend, he had carefully sorted through the Timelines involving Professor Montria, and in fragments of past history, he had seen Dr. Du Zem, the Wandering Wizard, Rat Immortal, and Professor
