The students of First University possessed the broadest horizons in the Wizarding World.
Certainly, like ordinary college students, they fell in love, adored cats and dogs, enjoyed snacks, liked dressing up, and loved the new gadgets sold by Apple Pavilion. But once they moved beyond that layer, it was as though they had suddenly leaped from the ground into the sky, their gaze shifting from the tender green grass before them to the stars filling the heavens.
On ordinary days, they could apply to the school for access to those Small World hunting grounds designated by numbers and conduct practical hunts. During freshman trials, they had to cross the edge of the world and enter another Great World. The professors who taught them included not only Grand Wizards, but also Legend-ranked beings. Even while still in school, they had opportunities to travel across Timelines, treating time as sand in hand rather than some distant, ethereal concept.
The term "World Destruction" was much the same.
The young wizards of First University had heard too many stories at school about senior students and predecessors venturing into New Worlds alone with a single book. Salge Rayne, for instance, had led a hunting team fresh out of school and captured an indigenous god of Para World. One of Lei Zhe's predecessors had used a spatial rift to exile a Flame Demon Legion that had crossed the sea of stars, becoming the savior of White Star World. And William Talbot had cut off Blood Dragon Korakshu's head without reinforcements, bathed in dragon blood, advanced to Grand Wizard, and become one of the few wizards outside the Tianmen Zhang Clan to earn the title of Dragon Slayer.
World Destruction was merely a minor interlude woven into those stories.
