The less famous ones included Meow Meow Dessert Shop beside Shuang Tang Ji, as well as Ding Ding Finance and Pest Control Company, which was holding its opening ceremony—these shops had either been established only recently or had yet to officially open. Though they stood on the same street as those celebrated stores and companies, passersby's gazes often slid past their signs and fell upon more famous establishments.

It had to be admitted that, for a newly opened shop, Ding Ding Finance and Pest Control Company was a slightly awkward name.
