"World? What world? Which world?" Old Man Shaw clearly had not been paying much attention to this sort of current-affairs news and responded with a question.
It sounded like he had mistaken it for some New World.
"The World of 'The Wand,' the last card in the Great Arcana sequence, that 'World'!" The Trident Sword employee looked thrilled, as if an antiquarian had stumbled upon a rare document. "He's the youngest recipient of the 'World' title in recorded Wizarding World history... Besides that, he's a publicly funded student at First University, a recipient of the Merlin Medal, and the hunting team he led won the School Hunt Competition, taking more than half the prey on the entire field!"
"It was the Freshman Competition, not the Academy Cup," Zheng Qing corrected weakly.
Hearing someone list his accomplishments one by one gave him a strange feeling. His face flushed bright red—something he had not experienced in a long while.
"A Merlin Medal? The title of World?" Old Man Shaw studied Zheng Qing as though meeting him for the first time. His eyelids lowered as he gave the young wizard a grave yet curious look, his tone carrying a little more understanding. "Then it makes sense that you blew up that little monster."
"I didn't..." Zheng Qing's voice was exceptionally feeble.
He felt that some misunderstandings about him would never be cleared up.
"Enough. What wizard doesn't have a few secrets? No need to explain." With a wave of his large hand, Old Man Shaw directly defined Zheng Qing's answer for him. The Trident Sword employee standing nearby nodded repeatedly, raising no objection at all.
The young publicly funded student's lips twitched. In the end, he gave up struggling, no longer hoping to sort this out in front of the two "adults." All
